New York State Super Fund Committee
A critical and key component of the Super Fund Process is that of the State Super Fund Committee. The Super Fund Committee is comprised of Board Members, State & Regional Biologists, and NWTF Regional Staff (Regional Directors, WITO, and Wheelin' Sportsmen). The Super Fund Committee is tasked with establishing budget, process, guidelines, and approving Super Fund projects. This is done in accordance to our mission statement, and priorities as directed by the State Board of Directors.
 
New York Super Fund Committee Members
At the beginning of each new term (2-years) for the Board of Directors, the Superfund Committee will be reviewed, and confirmed with each of the Super Fund Committee Members being appointed with the Board of Director's approval. The makeup of the Super Fund Committee is shown below. Voting powers are established to approve or disapprove superfund request(s), recommendations to the board, and matters of policy & process.

- Signing Authority Required

Super Fund Committee Members
- Minimum of 3, Maximum of 6.
- Current Board Member
- Appointed by Board of Directors
- May cast 1 vote each

NYSDEC Technical Rep.

- May cast 1 vote
- Signing Authority Required*
